Overview

Intelligent Partnerships, Inc., a firm with deep expertise in diversity management and strategic engagement, sought our help in early 2022 to realign its brand with its mission of promoting improvement through strategic planning and inclusive design. They needed their branding to accurately represent their focus on DEIA (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility) and to effectively connect with their audience.

Our engagement began with a comprehensive brand discovery process. Through competitive analysis and in-depth interviews with internal and external stakeholders, including the leadership team, team members, past and current clients, and partners, we identified the key aspects of the brand that needed transformation. This inclusive dialogue was pivotal in understanding the disconnects between the existing brand and its perceived value.

We then embarked on a rebranding journey with Intelligent Partnerships, focusing on aligning their brand image and messaging with the DEIA values at the heart of their operations. This process involved:
